As you might know, this PSU is having the reverse FAN modification, and it sucks air INTO the chasis.As for everything else - good motherboard - 128 GB RAM potential, practical IO (if you want a lot from the latest stuff you will probably lack it, but for practical purposes I think the choice ASRock made is absolutely fine.
With a good CPU fan (Noctua preferably) it cools down fast, but when put under long term load it is not enough and the temps will go uncomfortably high (how much will depend on the video card) - not fatally high, but very close.Temperature levels are decent, too, with the CPU averaging 83°C during a 10-minute all-core burn test, and with only the GPU and PSU fan to contend with, noise is comfortable, registering a peak 42.
