A POP UP COOKERY DEMONSTRATION & 3 COURSE FEAST
"I have recently discovered Lebanese cooking. This may sound odd coming from someone who has loved the cooking of Middle East for three decades, but Lebanese cooking is just so different – in its use of spices and fish and particularly vegetables – from say Turkish or Iranian or Israeli cooking– and yet generally it is lost in the all-embracing term Middle Eastern Cooking. Join me for a cookery demonstration interwoven with a story from the Lebanon to begin with and some delicious Lebanese wines."
