A Taste of the Lebanon

A POP UP COOKERY DEMONSTRATION & 3 COURSE FEAST

The fourth in our collaboration series with the Square Food Foundation  is A Taste of the Lebanon.   Here, Barny explains the inspiration behind the theme:

"I have recently discovered Lebanese cooking. This may sound odd coming from someone who has loved the cooking of Middle East for three decades, but Lebanese cooking is just so different – in its use of spices and fish and particularly vegetables – from say Turkish or Iranian or Israeli cooking– and yet generally it is lost in the all-embracing term Middle Eastern Cooking. Join me for a cookery demonstration interwoven with a story from the Lebanon to begin with and some delicious Lebanese wines."
