Cooking without meat, fish or dairy products is more on our culinary radars than ever. Learn from Barny how to create vegan dishes that are healthy, fulfilling and most importantly delicious.
The evening will start with a food demo, some delicious nibbles from Africa, The Middle East and India and followed by a 3-course meal of:
Korean mushroom dumplings with greens and soy pickle dip sauce
Rice noodles with miso, February garden vegetables and seaweed
Coconut, pineapple and chilli pudding
