WWF’s Earth Hour is an annual global celebration where people switch off their lights for one hour, 8.30-9.30pm in the UK, to show they care about the future of our planet.
We are hosting an evening of lovely food, talk, music and candle light to highlight this need to protect our earth’s natural and precious resources.
Our guest speaker is Natalie Fee, author, campaigner, surfer and writer of sweary poems about being green.
Not that you will need rennie because the food we will cook up for that evening will be exquisite - a supper of many dishes to share and warm bread to tear (ok, it's not great poetry but it will taste wonderful).
We will be raising money through the ticket sales for City to Sea, a local charity set up by Natalie Fee, whose mission is to reduce the amount of plastic pollution flowing from Bristol into the Severn Estuary.
Menu of sharing dishes
